Why do academic prices vary by class?
Higher classes have denser syllabi, harder exam patterns, and more at stake. We apply level multipliers so Class 6 students pay 70% of the base rate while Class 10 students (with boards approaching) pay 140%. Your level is auto-detected when you join a class — no manual selection needed.

How does Razorpay payment work?
Click any Upgrade or Enroll button and a secure Razorpay checkout opens right on the page — no redirect, no leaving vKnova. We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all debit/credit cards, and NetBanking. The whole flow takes under 60 seconds.

Are tech courses a subscription?
No — tech courses are a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Pay once and the course is yours forever, including all future updates to that course. No monthly charges.

What happens to my progress if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Your XP, badges, accuracy history, and streaks are permanently yours. You'll simply return to the Free tier — 1 class and 2 topics per subject. Upgrade again any time and everything picks up exactly where you left off.

Can I get a GST invoice?
Email hello@vknova.in with your GSTIN and payment reference after payment. We'll send a GST-compliant invoice (18% GST) within 24 hours. Coaching centres and schools can request consolidated monthly invoices for their accounts teams.
